ADSAN: The Path from an Idea to Market Traction in 3 Months

A detailed breakdown of the rapid MVP development process for ADSAN, a PropTech SaaS platform. It describes how a founder's frustration with engineering inefficiencies led to a scalable AI platform that transforms photos into perfect reports, achieving market traction in just 3 months.

From idea to first market traction in 3 months

Canvas Challenge

The primary challenge was to find a way to turn this bold but massive idea into a viable business from scratch, with limited initial resources and only three months to prove the concept.

Stroke Solution

Instead of creating a standard HMI panel, we built a 'Digital Organism'—a living digital twin of the equipment. The key decision—the 'one precise stroke'—was the conscious choice to cut away everything that was not the core value. We eliminated the drones and the logistics to focus on the single most important thing: creating the 'brain' of the service. We directed 100% of our resources toward developing a scalable AI platform that could take any set of photos (from a drone, phone, or camera) and transform them into a perfect report.

Value Metrics

  • Proof of Market Demand: Onboarded the first 5 participants into the ADSAN pioneer program (25% of the goal for a $1M ARR).
  • A Working MVP: A functional version was built and demonstrated within two weeks.
  • Media Presence: Secured first publications in industry-specific media.
  • A Ready Investment Package: Founder equipped with a compelling investor pitch deck.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React.js for the user interface and data visualization
  • Backend: Python with Flask for building a lightweight and fast API
  • AI/ML: PyTorch for model development, YOLO for object detection, OpenCV for image processing, OpenAI API (GPT-4 Vision) for data interpretation and report generation
  • Database: PostgreSQL for storing structured user and project data
  • Cloud & DevOps: Render for simplified cloud deployment and hosting
